Life at Punahou
Punahou is a thriving community of 3,750 students from a diversity of backgrounds, interests and talents.
The school’s curricular and co-curricular programs, along with its venerable traditions, offer children boundless opportunities. Whether on the soccer field or the May Day stage, children discover their own paths to success.
A child’s journey through Punahou is illuminated by caring teachers and by deans, counselors and learning specialists who provide comprehensive support. Parents also play a pivotal role in their child’s success. Parent organizations and philanthropic initiatives invite parents to participate in the life of the school.
After Punahou, graduates join a robust alumni community that spans the globe. Wherever they go and whatever they do, alumni share deep-rooted ties to their school and to one another, creating an enduring, self-renewing community.
